Einstein Visual Search is an image search function that provides a simple way to search for products, using snapshots. It excludes text and has Einstein recommendation APIs, which allow retailers to integrate their e-commerce sites with Einstein-led product recommendations.

Integration Heroku with Salesforce

Heroku Connect
Heroku Connect is an add-on that synchronizes data between your Salesforce objects and a Heroku Postgres database associated with your Heroku app. Using a simple declarative interface, you determine which Salesforce objects should be synchronized with which Postgres tables, by assigning object fields to the columns of the table. Heroku Connect then continuously monitors (according to the synchronization instructions) the organization and the tables, making sure that the objects and lines are created as needed.

When to use
Heroku Connect provides pure data integration, only data objects and tables are synchronized. This architecture is useful in many scenarios where you want a Heroku application to store or manipulate data. For example, one or more Salesforce organizations can be synchronized with the same Heroku Postgres database and perform periodic actions such as scanning, generating invoices, searching with other services, and so on. The result of these actions can modify the rows of the existing database. or generate new ones in a different table that synchronizes with Salesforce, if necessary.

Einstein Search for Commerce

Research is an excellent way for retailers to increase conversion rates and revenues. This is more true for digital stores, when consumers consult different products on web pages.
